My name is Frank Gerace LaRuffa. I have my doctorate in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin. I have worked in the ministries of education of Peru and Bolivia and as international consultant in Guatemala and Ecuador in educational and communications projects of the agencies FAO and UNESCO of the United Nations.

Besides working in various universites of CUNY (The City University of the City of New York), and in the Universites of Texas and New Mexico, I have worked in the Universidad de Lima and in the Universidad Católica in Perú, and in the Universidad de San Simón in Cochabamba, Bolivia.

Currently I am Adjunct Professor in the Communications Skills Department of a large unit of CUNY.
